Patella luxations are straight-forward though lateral luxations (outside) in little dog is odd. You can repair both at once in many cases....dont just dig a deeper groove (trochleoplasty) either! You need to correct their limb alignment with a tibial crest transposition in most cases. Please please please consult a surgeon,...get them repaired correctly and her summer will be saved! This is what I do every single day. As do most boarded surgeons.

A lot of the shrimp and many types of fish sold in the US are from Vietnam, In Vietnam these fish/shrimp farms are incredibly nasty, congested, diseased and ought to be criminal. It will be something you and Don will remember and continue to talk about for the rest of your lives. Absolutely get kaki-fri (fried oysters) but they are Japanese oysters a special species that are so incredibly delicious! Then you can also try every variation of both fresh water and salt water eel, one of my favorites too! Much love from the Hoosier state!
