It was filmed last November, Snarky Express puts it up in January.

On your horse barn do check out the motion solar lights to at least give you some security lights and also if you are working in there at light. These are bigger batteries 5”x4” or something like that and we change them out every year. Really helps!

You could get some solar lights with on off switches or dusk to dawn just for some light. We have motion solar with a larger battery that we replace yearly but if people/game messing around it helps.

That woman who has the Snarky Express channel posted 2 other Chuck Rogers Videos 12 days ago. The first appears to be Chuck, probably before he moved out to Florida and is somewhat recent.

The other one is perhaps from over 10 years ago and appears to be from a video tape transfer. (Chuck actually has hair). It appears Chuck was a restoration specialist or General Contractor working on the house at Elliston Vineyards in Sunol (I've been by that place in Sunol, Alameda County but didn't stop to visit).
