ORDER STRIKING PRO SE PLEADINGS
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s pro se pleadings titled
“Motion For Attorneys Fees Additional Evidence Of Long Standing Constant
Contact With Florida By Defendants,” dated July 22, 2016, “Declaration In
Opposition To Motion For Defendants’ Attorney Fees,” dated July 12, 2016, and
“Requests Court Take Judicial Notice,” dated July 20, 2016. Plaintiff was
prohibited from filing further pro se pleadings on July 11, 2016, and ordered
that any further pleadings must be signed by an attorney. Plaintiff has failed to
comply, and continues to abuse the process.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s pleadings are
STRICKEN, as unauthorized.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida this 14th
day of August, 2016.

Major Update on Bernath on the Way, he got the ever living shit kick out of him this week. Details in hand, will post shortly.
While it might not seem much, the judge body slammed Bernath and issued an order denying all his motions filed after she ordered him not to file them. Once Bernath files his dispute of her ordering him to "Go the Fuck Away" the time will run out, and the court will come down on him with an Iron Grip to his Head.
The wording in the two court orders suggests the court is about to deprive Bernath of his freedom, and it is worded in the form of a "final order" and while a sane person would not taunt the court, Bernath, being much the moron will taunt, and then the judge will slap back.
The part of the order that says his pleading are "high insufficient" is the judge giving Bernath one hell of a hard "Bitch Slap from the Bench" and it had to had made his head explode. Look at it this way, this judge has been calling Bernath an utterly incompetent lawyer, and a buffoon, without using those exact words.
The judgement of "continues to abuse the process" is going to get him into profound trouble, shortly.
