Bernath has earned every drop of pain he experiences from this point and going forward, and if was stupid enough to continue harassing people after the judge formally tells him to knock it off, then he gets convicted of it, and they still continue, well then I would expect him to be in prison until he dies in prison. Seriously, he knows better than to provoke any judge like this, and the man is an utter moron if he thought his serial harassment was not going to earn him a flogging by the judiciary.

Remember that even after being convicted of stalking, and being told not to contact, he defied the order and continued to contact. Not only does he have to suffer the wrath of the law in terms of new crimes, he also has to be ready for the judge to unleash an incarceration for each and every violation of the court order, and those violations can add years for each and every one of them.

Sr. and Diane, the property looks fantastic, it’s amazing how much it has changed in just a couple months, the crops have come in and the fields are alive with deer and birds, there should be no reason Isaac doesn’t bag a Buck! Speaking of the SSgt, I just chatted with him, he's currently chopping down a Cherry tree working on a project, he’s a damn machine!

Lilly, well done, what thoughtful gifts! I know all too well about getting into a blind wearing the smell goods, you don’t! I had to laugh about the lavender.

I do not feel sorry for him. You did what you said and left him A way out and he was to stupid to take it.
I really feel bad for the two of you and all this has cost you and not just money. If he learns anything maybe he will be a little more careful about who he messes with.
