Ran the gauntlet on the highway this morning at 9. Its no better but where it is really bad they have dropped the speed from 110 to 40. One hole, all the wet bitumen they have been pouring into it, has made a speed bump 30 inches high at the front, making a dip of 30 inches and a hill of 30 inches, so a 5 foot wall on a major hwy.
The road was never built to handle the number of trucks and weight of the loads they carry.
Some loads are 700 tons. Transformers. The average road train carts 180 tons.

When we moved into our country limestone home built in 1907, a beautiful oak staircase lead up to 3rd floor. We had an old Chucky doll and a window was up at top of stairs. We put Chucky in window. Did it so our son wouldn’t go up in attic. He never did except once but saw Chucky

I am glad you posted this video! It is great to see you guys together. I was raised by a single mom and my grandfather stepped in and helped to raise me. I couldn't have asked for a better role model. I miss pap! (This is me and him about 1988). This picture hangs above my BGA bench. Had an uncle down south when I’d go down there from 5 to 8/9 yrs old he tell me he had a friend. RA - SKow- Ski. Thst lived in the trunk  of his car He’d talk to him thru the closed trunk and I’d believe. Him.
