That tatoo story sparked a memmory . A fellow in the smoke pit on the job site had an anchor on the back of his hand for all to see . Asked him if he was in the navy . No , its just a tatoo . He was a foreman for a labour crew . Hmmm . Never talked to him , but when I was around during break he looked at the ground alot .

Morning . Crock pot diet . Cheapest beef . 1 onion , carrots , peas . But using a good amount of water . Nice beef broth , tender beef etc. Stopped with the beer and potato chips . This gives me a full feeling . Beating that snack craving with peanut butter on crackers . Down 5 lbs in 3 days . Back to feeling like doing something . Have a great day .
