I have tried to understand the stolen valor act. What i get hung up on is the phony DD214's. For what ever reason, augmenting that document should be a federal offense. I dont care if they use it to impress their wives or get extra points on a job application. It is fraud.

They were shot off by the NVA in Vietnam in 1969. He said he was very grateful to have only have lost a few fingers! What a bad ass?
