All I know is when I was in Vietnam in the marines we had corpsman. And they dont care how hot it is Im seen them risk their lives time after time for us .. everytime I find out a guy was a navy corpsman .. in Vietnam. I sometimes give him a hug ...and say thank you ...there the bravesest people Ive ever known

I second the "Treat Your Own Back". Started doing that back in the late 80's and saved my ass a couple times from what would otherwise have been an injury that would have required surgery. Seriously, look into it. If everyone was to do it, thoracic surgeons would have to quit their jobs and be greeters at Walmart.
