Damn Diane, I am really hungry now. you made it look so easy and simple to cook trout (which it is) however that sauce you made is mouth watering and I asked myself what I would do to make it better if possible.. So after thinking about it for a bit I came up with a couple of side dishes that would work with the sauce and compliment what you have made. Me personally I love long grain wild rice with butter and a bit of butter and mushroom and garlic, and that sauce would make it feel at home at least for me. A bit of sweet corn cut off of the husk and a nice garden salad to top it off with a white wine, to me would be the perfect recipe. Keep doing what you are doing Miss Diane, you are re-igniting my passion for cooking once more

Enjoyed watching your trout video Diane. Growing up in N Ga we just had rainbows and fried taters like you did. Cooked alot of crappie too.we really and truly enjoy ya'll. Hey that boy you talked to is white trash not worth giving a thought about. But I would like to break his jaw.

To those of you wondering my sons in the hospital with severe stomach pains they are gonna have some type of die test in a couple minutes that was supposed to happen couple hrs ago then a upper G.I test tomorrow morning at 11am ..so looks like hes gonna be in ..couple days atleast..dont know when or if their gonna do the operation till tomorrow..those of you that have called. Thank you

Message to Lilly1..They Admitted my son and hes already took a bunch of tests ..as we speak for his stomach. I think its his gallbladder ..but wont know for sure till all the tests results come back ,later on sometime today or tonight i dont know yet if their gonna keep him or not till all results come in ..if they due I would imagine theyll operate on him tomorrow but then again what the hell do I know
