Don't ever get a flu shot. You are 70% more likely to actually catch the flu if you do. It weakens your immune system for six months and it has all kinds of shit in it you don't want in you. The same applies to most vaccines. An article I read recently suggested that the flu shot might be a survival of the fittest IQ test. Those who refuse it survive...

well, I got some bad news for anyone using the VA for any Rx's. they started on 1 Jan 2017 a new policy of charging everyone copays for any Rx. so, I was denied my waver of payment on my all too many VA Rx's. MF MF MF. $338.39 for my copay for the 1st quarter of 2017. shit. so at my VA Dr. visit this past Thursday, I had them write me a paper Rx so I can get Tricare to come my Rx's. Well, I thought I was doing ok until today, I get a Rx filled by the VA again, WTF. u can not send them back, WTF those MFers. I get 12 fuckin pills in this 3 Mo. Rx at $12 fuckin dollars per MO. MF MF MF. I am so pissed off right now. so watch out for any meds you get from the VA now. MF MF MFers
