Morning 😊. The ceiling of the building we are in is about two and a half stories high . Working off an elevated platform called a JLG . Finished installing cable tray now we are stabbing in 500 mcm. High amperage cable about the size of a man's arm. All along the ceiling are duct busses with control switches to feed the machines on the floor. Well my partner starts to play the stupid act and tries to put everything on me . In the words of Senior I told him "shut the fuck up and drive the boat". He snapped out of it and now we are best buddies. We natter at each other and laugh like fuck all day long .

Great video Fallon, It really pays to read the labels on different products. There's a lot of misconceptions out there when looking at organic vs regular. Me, I have the same waistline I had in college. Must be that good Canadian living. So I do treat myself once in awhile. I hope you'll be doing more videos in the future, you're much easier on the eyes than Senior...🍁

And I will mention, a lot of the ESE crew who came through the courses multiple times back in the day, when she was helping out or stopping by, or participating in a crazy video, we all felt protective and embraced her like our own daughter, to see her progress with such determination and positivity, it truly makes us feel like proud parents.

Roy, I agree, I can a lot, my own garden stuff and traded for others that are better at growing some things better than me,,, ie Tomatoes. I specialize on okra, green beans, collards, peas.... The "Ball" blue book is my bible, and have had many tell me their grandmaw had a simpler, better, easier way of canning certain items than the "Blue Book", I quickly ask how old was their grandmother when she died? Grandpaw? anyhow one only has to go to an old, old cemetery and look at dates....... I guess all these chemicals in foods have preserved me to date.......

People ate all organic food 100 years ago and life expectancy was about 40. Now we eat non-organic food and life expectancy is about 80. IMHO the whole organic thing is more about marketing to people who have never planted a seed in the dirt than it is about any real science.
